Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman/woman to lead and oversee the final stages of construction projects. This pivotal role involves managing finishing trades, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating closely with project teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess solid supervisory skills, extensive construction experience, and a keen eye for detail, driving excellence in every aspect of project completion.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities, including interior and exterior surface treatments, fixtures, and final installations
- Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, blueprints, schematics, and quality control standards
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide finishing processes
- Manage quality control processes to guarantee high standards in craftsmanship and water based materials used
- Assist with budgeting tasks related to finishing materials and labor costs,



utilizing construction estimating tools as needed

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry, particularly in finishing trades
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices for ensuring durable, high-quality finishes
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining project timelines
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and suppliers effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols specific to construction sites
