Elevate your career with FirstOntario Credit Union as a Credit Adjudicator in a hybrid setting in Woodstock, ON. This role focuses on mortgage adjudication and member service. We are looking for two candidates who have a minimum of three years of ALT A lending experience.

Your responsibilities will include adjudicating mortgage credit submissions and advising the broker network. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to compliance regulations, as well as effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and recommend decisions on mortgage applications
- Monitor quality and accuracy of credit submissions
- Engage in service improvements and technology implementations




- Handle broker inquiries with professional expertise
- Communicate effectively in management meetings Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in ALT A lending
- Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Valeyo Criterion and similar platforms
