Ashe Roofing is a locally owned and operated business that has provided commercial roofing services on Prince Edward Island since 1991. We specialize in modified bitumen roofing, built-up roofing, and thermal insulation for flat and low-pitch roofs, offering installation, repair, and maintenance services for jobs of all sizes.
The Flat Roofer provides the construction work and support needed to ensure timely, secure project completion. The ideal candidate is in good physical condition, follows good work practices and procedures, and sets a strong example for the team.
Responsibilities:
– Leads by example and follows all health and safety policies and procedures.
– Learns and applies correct roofing procedures.
– Assists the team with roofing installation at various job sites.
– Loads and unloads job materials and removes waste as instructed by supervisors.
– Takes direction well and works independently when required.
– Works outdoors in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
– Some previous roofing experience (flat roofing and torch use) preferred.
– Transportation is provided from the main office in Charlottetown.
– Motivated, dependable, and reliable.
– Working at heights required.
