We are seeking an energetic and friendly Fitness Studio Concierge to be the welcoming face of our fitness facility. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a engaging environment that encourages members to achieve their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities also include keeping the studio clean and organized as well as the upkeep of showers and bathrooms between and after classes.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership inquiries, and class registrations
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally,
directing calls as needed
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating member information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with scheduling appointments, class bookings, and membership renewals
- Handle administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing paperwork, and supporting billing processes with basic bookkeeping skills like QuickBooks
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, bathrooms, change areas, and studios to create a welcoming environment
