Duties
- Conduct comprehensive flight training sessions for students, emphasizing safety, aeronautical knowledge, and practical flying skills
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
- Ensure all flight activities comply with regulatory standards and company safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of training progress, flight logs, and certification documentation
- Supervise ground school activities, including classroom instruction on navigation, meteorology, aircraft systems, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with students to develop personalized training plans that align with their goals and skill levels
- Lead safety briefings before flights and debrief after each session to reinforce best practices
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
