Indoor Playground Floor ManagerJob Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Indoor Playground Floor Manager to lead our team and ensure a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of the playground, supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your ability to lead by example, manage a fast-paced environment, and create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute to the success of our facility and the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the indoor playground, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and families.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members, including playground attendants, party hosts, cashiers, and customer service staff.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, training, and onboarding new employees.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Monitor all play areas to ensure safety policies, rules, and operating procedures are followed at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and incidents, ensuring positive guest experiences.
- Manage admissions, party bookings, memberships, and retail transactions using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure equipment, play structures, seating areas, and party rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate birthday parties, special events,



and group bookings to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, party materials, food and beverage items, and merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Complete daily reports, incident documentation, and operational records accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience in an indoor playground, family entertainment center, recreation facility, hospitality, childcare, or customer service environment.
- Solid leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and daily reporting procedures.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and risk management in child-focused environments.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is considered an asset.
- Experience coordinating children's events, birthday parties, or recreational programs is preferred.
