Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest inquiries efficiently
- Provide menu information and answer questions about food, beverages, and services
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed




- Support team members in daily operations to uphold high standards of service

Skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems and POS transactions
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest issues diplomatically
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
