We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the daily operations of the food service department, ensuring high standards of food preparation, and maintaining a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the food service team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain adequate supplies.
- Train, interview, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative work setting.
- Develop menus that align with customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.




- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in bartending or cooking is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
