We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and motivated Manager to join our team at our Subway location in RAYMOND, Alberta. This store will be under new management, and we are looking for a passionate, driven leader who is ready to help build a strong team and make a positive impact!

What You'll Do

As a Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards are consistently maintained.

This is a hands-on working management position. The successful candidate must be comfortable working alongside the team and stepping into any area of the restaurant when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and post employee schedules while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
- Recruit, train, coach, recognize, and manage team members.
- Ensure food preparation, product quality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, food safety, workplace safety, and security requirements.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, cash handling, and other restaurant control systems.
- Maintain accurate business records as outlined in the Subway® Operations.
- Review restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate company procedures, promotions, food preparation standards, and operational changes to employees.
- Support and implement local and national marketing initiatives.




- Help develop sales through excellent customer service and community involvement.
- Organize and participate in special events and promotions.
- Complete required University of Subway® training and courses.
- Ensure employees are properly trained and follow all restaurant procedures.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Perform all other duties as required in a hands-on restaurant management role.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
- Previous experience supervising, leading, and training employees.
- Previous Subway or quick-service restaurant management experience is an asset.
- English language proficiency.
