As a Subway® Food Service Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain Subway® brand standards, and support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will:

- Lead by example by performing all duties of a Subway® Sandwich Artist.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Train, coach, and support new and existing team members.
- Assist with scheduling staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Supervise team members during shifts and provide direction as needed.
- Monitor food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory control and ordering.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
- Complete daily reports, cash handling, and other administrative paperwork.
- Ensure Subway® operational standards and procedures are consistently followed.
- Complete required University of Subway® training and assist team members with ongoing development.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of food service experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Subway® experience is considered a strong asset.
- English language proficiency.
