KOOLIOS FOOD TRUCK MANAGER

High-Paying Summer Position | Grande Prairie, AB

Koolios is looking for an organized, confident, and hardworking Food Truck Manager to take the lead on our food truck operations throughout the summer season.

This is more than just serving ice cream — you’ll be responsible for driving the truck, managing the team, communicating with event organizers, and making sure everything runs smoothly from prep to close.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Drive a large food truck unit safely to different locations and events
- Set up, operate, and shut down the food truck
- Communicate directly with event coordinators and organizers
- Lead and keep the team organized throughout shifts
- Make rolled ice cream and serve customers
- Take orders and operate the POS/till
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck
- Pick up inventory and stock as needed
- Keep the truck stocked, prepared, and event-ready
- Help coordinate preparation for large festivals, events, and high-volume days
- Handle busy environments while keeping the team calm, efficient, and on task
- Represent the Koolios brand and provide an amazing customer experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Experience driving or operating large vehicles/units is strongly preferred
- Food Safe Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle
- Willingness to travel for events and work at different locations




- Highly organized and able to stay on top of multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, responsible, and confident making decisions independently
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Someone who can take charge and lead a team
