Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery such as chainsaws, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain trails, pathways, and landscaped areas through manual labor and power tools
- Support land restoration projects by installing erosion control measures and planting native vegetation
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met




- Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environmentSkills
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools and heavy equipment
- Construction experience with familiarity in site preparation, grading, or landscaping tasks
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as loaders or excavators is a plus
- Experience in landscape maintenance or land management projects
- Proficiency with hand tools including saws, shovels, pruners, and other manual equipment
- Knowledge of GIS applications for mapping and land assessment purposes
- Clean drivers abstract
- Strong maintenance skills for routine upkeep of tools, machinery, and work sites
