Reporting to the Head of Product, you will oversee a team of product and data engineers while owning the roadmap for AI-driven experiences. Your expertise in bringing AI products from concept to customer delivery will be crucial in accelerating Float's mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow a team of product and ML engineers
- Own the roadmap for AI-driven finance products
- Transition AI projects from concept to market
- Make critical tech decisions around model and infrastructure

- 7+ years in software engineering with team management experience
