Join our dynamic construction team as a framer helper specializing in framing mostly 2x4 walls and vapor barrier work! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in construction, restoration, and finishing work. You will assist experienced craftsmen in installing vapor barriers and related materials, ensuring quality and safety on every project.

Duties
- Support the installation of vapor barriers across residential homes.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday and be able to be at work from 8am to 4:30 pm 30min paid break
- Assist with handling materials, including insulation, lumber, and vapor barriers
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to cut, shape, and install materials accurately
- Follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
- Strong hand-eye coordination with proficiency in hand tools and power tools
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Basic knowledge of carpentry
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
- This position is in mostly climate controlled areas like inside basement and inside houses.
