Lambert Built Ltd. is seeking experienced and skilled framing and forming carpenters to join our dynamic team. As a framing/forming carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction of residential and commercial wood frame structures. We specialize in multi-family buildings. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications
- Have an in-depth knowledge of concrete forming and the systems used
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roof systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure productive workflow
- Abide by the set systems and standards created at Lambert Built
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, and maintain a clean work environment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and durability of completed structures




- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and clients
- Understand daily, weekly and project deadlines that must be metRequirements:
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time: $23.00-$39.00 per hour Medical Benefits after 3 months.
