Offering full time hours, health perks (FT only), access to the facility and an encouraging, supportive and respectful workplace, Nature Folk Wellness is seeking motivated, self-directed, organized and skilled front desk/spa attendants. Note that in addition to Front Desk shifts, this position also requires spa attendant shifts (laundry, cleaning) You will receive an hourly wage + tips.

At Nature Folk, a front desk/spa attendant will be responsible for:

- Understand and communicate Nature Folk values and vision to clients
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Running insurance claims
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Laundry duties such as collecting washing and drying towels, sheets, and robes.



Proper distribution of linen such as fresh sheets and towels in treatment rooms and appropriate storage.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms
- Assume responsibility of opening and closing the spa on designated times
- Communicate replenishment of supplies and materials required to maintain and perform designated cleaning duties
- Be comfortable with friendly interaction with guests and clients; answering questions and serving as an experience guide when necessary
- Assisting with spa equipment maintenance, including pools and sauna heaters.

- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Good communication skills are an asset
- Good organizational skills
- Available hours: Full or Part time
- We are open 7 days week, 9am -9pm

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
