Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest services and creating a friendly atmosphere
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of food and beverage transactions
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols and customer interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous for productive order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for supporting food prep tasks and team collaboration
