Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, barista station, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between serving,
food prep, and customer assistance
Experience
- Previous experience working in the food industry or as a barista is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles that require attention to detail and efficiency
