Job Summary

We’re looking for friendly and energetic Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while ensuring smooth service. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in a lively setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression.
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas,



including setting tables and clearing dishes.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both guests and staff safe.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
