Here at Company Bagel, we're building a modern bagel shop focused on naturally fermented sourdough bagels, exceptional ingredients, and genuine hospitality. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the shop. You will be responsible for creating a warm and efficient customer experience while helping keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should take pride in providing great hospitality and be comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs help.

In this role, you will:

- Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally
- Build relationships with regular customers and contribute to a strong neighbourhood presence
- Prepare coffee and other beverages
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and other customer-facing areas clean and organized
- Restock merchandise, packaging, beverages,



and other supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries as required
- Support the team with any other tasks required to keep the shop running smoothly

- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service

- Previous restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred
