Role Description This full-time remote Software Engineer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support InsightX Media’s digital marketing platforms and internal tools. Day-to-day tasks include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and efficient code, performing code reviews, and debugging issues across production and staging environments.

The Software

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and marketing, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves optimizing performance, ensuring security and reliability,



contributing to architecture decisions, and participating in continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, maintainable code.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary and Work Expectations

Full time, 40 hours a week.
