We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our Saskatoon team! This project focuses on building and scaling the TrackPoint platform, an AI-powered practice and readiness product for corporate training. You will ship features that customers use every week, work hands-on with LLM and voice AI infrastructure, and own real pieces of our stack from the database up to the browser.

What You'll Do

- Build End-to-End Features: Design, build, and ship full stack features in our Next.js and TypeScript application, from database schema and API routes through to the UI our users see. You will own features start to finish rather than picking up tickets in isolation.

- Work Hands-On With AI: Integrate and improve the LLM, speech, and realtime components that power our practice simulations. You will write prompts, build evaluation harnesses, tune latency and cost, and turn model behaviour into a product experience that feels reliable.

- Own Our Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, storage), manage our CI/CD pipelines, and keep our environments reproducible and boring. You will help decide how we monitor, alert, and recover.

- Ship Fast, Then Harden: Move quickly on customer-driven work while raising the bar on quality: testing, observability, performance, and security. You will help define what "production ready" means at a rapid growing startup.

- Shape the Product:



Sit close to customer conversations and translate what you hear into technical decisions. You will have a real voice in what we build, what we cut, and how we build it.

What We're Looking For

- Eligibility (Mandatory): Must be a recent graduate (within 2 years of graduation).

- 0-5 years of experience in software development, or equivalent co-op, internship, and personal project experience. Recent graduates with strong projects are encouraged to apply.

- Full Stack Fundamentals: Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js, plus databases (Firebase Firestore) and REST style APIs.

- Cloud and DevOps Comfort: Hands-on experience deploying real applications to a cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable), working with containers, Git-based workflows, and automated deploys.

- Curiosity About AI: Genuinely interested in LLMs and applied AI, whether from coursework, side projects, or work. You are excited to build with tools that did not exist two years ago.

- Startup Ownership: You are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and would rather ask a question and ship than wait for perfect instructions.

Nice to Have

- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), vector search, or speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines.

- A shipped side project we can actually see and try.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
