Job Introduction

We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer to support the development and enhancement of eForms service request and server applications within the public sector clients. The role focuses heavily on contemporary web application development, React/Angular, JavaScript, API development, front-end/back-end integration, and full-stack architecture. The ideal candidate should also have experience with REST/SOAP services, SQL databases, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) considered an asset.

Must-Have / Required Skill Set

1. Strong React experience – This is explicitly identified as a Must Have and should be one of the first things you screen for.
2. Angular / AngularJS + JavaScript – Strong knowledge of Angular framework, JavaScript, reusable/testable Angular components, and front-end development.
3. Full Stack Development – Candidate must genuinely understand both front-end and back-end development, including database and DevOps components.

RESTful API Development & Integration – Strong experience designing/building REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with APIs. Swagger/OpenAPI knowledge is also valuable.
5. HTML, CSS & JavaScript – Strong front-end web programming experience, including creating responsive layouts and rendering client/server-side content.
6. Application Architecture & Front-End/Back-End Integration – Experience designing web architecture and connecting UI, APIs, databases, and application components.
7. SQL / Relational Databases – Strong database and SQL experience, particularly Oracle and SQL Server.
8. REST & SOAP Web Services – Experience working with web services and communication protocols is specifically required.
9. Azure DevOps + JIRA + Agile/Scrum – Experience with development/CI-CD tooling and Agile delivery practices.
10. Testing, Debugging & Deployment – Ability to design, code, test, debug, document, troubleshoot, and support applications through the SDLC
