Full-Time Cleaner

Krystal Klear Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Cleaner to join our growing team. This position includes a mix of residential, commercial, construction, and move-in/move-out cleaning, so every day can look a little different.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

- Residential house cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Post-construction and recent-build cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning appliances, baseboards, windows/window sills, and other detailed areas when required
- Emptying garbage and replacing liners
- Following client-specific cleaning instructions
- Properly using and caring for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining Krystal Klear Cleaning's quality standards

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Comfortable working in different homes, businesses, and construction environments




- Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the day, including bending, lifting, reaching, and being on your feet
- Good communication skills
- Cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
