Overview

Pat’s Prime Cuts & Deli is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team in a full-time position.

If you enjoy working with people, being part of a busy team, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

· Providing friendly and helpful service to customers at the counter

· Taking and preparing customer orders

· Slicing and packaging deli meats and cheeses

· Preparing sandwiches, ready-made foods and other deli items

· Packaging, labelling and stocking products

· Keeping displays attractive, organized and well stocked

· Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area

· Following proper food-handling and food-safety procedures

· Assisting with general cleaning and other duties as needed





· Working together with the rest of the Pat’s team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

· Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers

· Reliable and punctual

· Able to work well as part of a team

· Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

· Willing to learn and take initiative

· Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position

· Available to work a flexible full time schedule, including Saturdays as required

Previous deli, food service, retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
