Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Group Oral Surgery Practice

We are a busy, well-established group oral surgery practice seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in a professional, supportive clinical workplace.

Available Locations:

- Port Coquitlam

Work of Hours:

- Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Requirements:

- Completion of a recognized Dental Reception Program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Handle phone inquiries and correspondence
- Maintain accurate patient records




- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
