- Develop strong client relationships for personal lines
- Oversee new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Review and follow up on underwriting documents
- Advocate for clients with insurance carriers
- Conduct account reviews to improve offerings Requirements:
- Must hold a valid RIBO license
- Previous brokerage experience in personal lines
- Excellent communication and client management skills
