We’re currently seeking a Full Time Showhome Host to support our New Home Sales Specialist and help guide homeowners through every step of their home-building journey.

This role is key in fostering relationships with new and existing clients, assisting with sales tasks, and representing Crystal Creek Homes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands the sales process, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Crystal Creek Homes in a professional manner to provide a positive experience for homeowners.
- Build and maintain relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for both new and existing clients throughout the construction of their new home.
- Assist the Current Home Sales Specialist with daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Photograph and communicate construction updates on a weekly basis.
- Gather and log information on prospective clients, sales center traffic, and community updates.
- Maintain marketing materials for the show home and sales center.
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and training opportunities.




- Collaborate with the New Home Sales Specialist and host partners to maintain an efficient and productive sales center.

Required skills and qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or new home sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational expertise.
