Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to drive our organization’s fundraising efforts and strengthen our community engagement. Duties

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including campaigns, events, and digital outreach initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current donors, sponsors, and potential supporters through personalized communication and engagement.
- Manage donor databases using platforms to track contributions and analyze giving patterns.
- Conduct research on prospective donors, grant opportunities, and community partners to expand the organization’s support network.
- Prepare detailed reports on fundraising progress, budget adherence, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Fundraising, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications,



Non-Profit Management, Public Relations or a related field considered an asset
- CFRE coursework or fundraising-related certification is considered an asset
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or development roles with a focus on donor relations or campaign management.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and donations effectively.
- Familiarity with databases for managing donor information and tracking contributions.
- Excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities and community partnerships.
- Ability to communicate clearly through email marketing campaigns and in-person interactions.
- Prior experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Raiser's Edge is highly desirable.
