We are currently hiring a full‑time Furniture Repair Technician / Refinisher to join our Coquitlam team.
What You Will Do
- Schedule and conduct customer service visits to assess product issues related to warranties, delivery concerns, or general service needs.
- Follow up promptly to ensure all customer complaints are resolved effectively and professionally.
- Perform in‑home touch‑ups, repairs, refinishing, and minor structural fixes using a company‑provided vehicle.
- Apply general handyman skills such as tightening hardware, adjusting doors and drawers, repairing minor wood damage, securing loose components, and resolving small installation issues.
- Manage warranty claim processes between Jordans and vendors, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Support the Warehouse/Distribution Manager in training and guiding delivery and warehouse teams to uphold best practices and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with coordinating unique merchandising projects across various Jordans locations, including light assembly and repair of display pieces.
- Support building operations management and asset maintenance, including minor repairs, touch‑ups, and general upkeep tasks.
What You Must Have
- Strong furniture repair, refinishing, and general handyman abilities.
