Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gas Fitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gas systems in commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective, and compliant gas services that meet industry standards. Responsibilities

- Work must be as per local Saskatchewan codes
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain gas piping systems in accordance with local codes and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure precise fittings and connections
- Perform MIG, TIG welding, and welding tasks to secure piping systems effectively
- Collaborate with construction teams, rigging crews, and other trades to coordinate project timelines
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and document inspections, repairs, and installations thoroughly





Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Gas Fitter or in a similar mechanical role within manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, schematics, and mechanical principles
- Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, welding techniques, and rigging operations
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for gas systems and related equipment
- Valid certifications for gas fitting or relevant trade licenses as required by local regulations
