`Duties`
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with Owner, crew, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist owner with estimates
- Schedule and coordinate work activities, ensuring projects are complete
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
`Qualifications`
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Skilled in various construction tasks such as tile laying, caulking, concrete finishing, welding, etc.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Solid understanding of construction estimating and budgeting processes
We are looking for a skilled General Contractor to join our team. Must have experience with Interior work: kitchens, bathrooms, framing, drywall and more. Must have experience with Exterior work: Siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, roofing, decks and more. This is full-time, as Rosenplot Renos is growing. Having your own truck and tools is a must. Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
