Waterproof Masters & Associates Inc. is looking to immediately hire reliable Construction Labourers for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking motivated individuals who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company.
We are located in Oakville, with many diverse and interesting projects across the GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Montreal, and surrounding area.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABOURER
Perform tasks involving physical labour on job sites, preparing job sites for waterproofing, and working alongside of skilled workers. To be successful in this position you must be physically fit, hardworking, and able to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently.
The candidate will ideally but not necessarily have a solid background working in construction and an understanding of waterproofing. We’re ready to train team members who are ready to "hit the ground running”! The job responsibilities will include working with a crew on day-to-day tasks which include manual labour. Motivated Hard-working individuals only need to apply.
This position requires the following skills and tasks:
- Exterior residential foundation waterproofing system installation
- Interior residential & high-rise weeping system installation
- Interior high-rise waterproofing system installation
- Elevator pit waterproofing
- Concrete bushing preparation
- Digging by hand
- Site clean-up Site protection installation
- Waterproofing system installation
- Heavy lifting required 50+ LBS
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
Work is full time year-round and pay for the position of General Labourer will range from $20-$27 / hour (experience driven).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Full Valid Driver’s Licence with clean record
- Keen observations skills with a desire to learn, excel and advance
- Punctual and reliable, must be a team player who shows up to work daily. Able to travel site to site.
- Own safety boots and hardhat, for everyday use
- Willing to travel
- Shop Location: Oakville, Ontario
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
