About the Role

Lindahl Aluminum is looking for a hands-on Installer Helper to join our railing and balcony glazing team. You'll work alongside our experienced installers on job sites, helping install aluminum railings and glass balcony systems for residential and commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn the trade and grow into a lead installer role over time.

What You'll Do

- Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting aluminum railing components
- Help install glass panels for balcony glazing systems
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
- Support the team with general labor tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking




- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (training/safety gear provided)
- Able to lift and carry materials (up to ~50 lbs)
- Willing to learn — no prior experience required, but construction/installation experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Ability to work well as part of a team
