About the Role

We're looking for a Shipping Department General Assistant to join our team for the busy holiday season!

Think of this role as the behind-the-scenes MVP of the shipping department. You'll help keep everything moving so our packing team can do their thing.

You'll be doing a little bit of everything: putting new stock away, breaking down boxes and recycling, labeling trays, keeping the shipping area tidy, restocking packing supplies, helping with stock lists, and jumping in wherever you're needed.

No two days are exactly the same. One minute you might be restocking stickers for the packing team, the next you're organizing new stock or clearing out recycling. We're looking for someone who likes staying busy, notices what needs doing, and doesn't mind getting stuck in.

You don't need warehouse experience for this role. We're much more interested in finding someone who's reliable, organized, energetic, and good at being part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Putting newly received stock away and keeping things organized
- Breaking down boxes and keeping recycling under control
- Labeling and organizing picking and packing trays




- Restocking mailers, boxes, tissue, stickers, and other packing supplies
- Keeping the shipping area clean, tidy, and ready to go
- Helping with stock lists and locating products
- Helping packers with whatever they need to keep orders moving
- Jumping in on different tasks when things get busy
- Keeping an eye out for things that need doing and taking initiative

- Comfortable working at a steady pace during busy periods

You don't need previous warehouse experience, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Retail, stockroom, fulfilment, hospitality, or other fast-paced team experience is a bonus.

Hours & Pay

- Seasonal position
- Schedule: To be determined
- $20 per hour
