Reporting to the Shop Manager, the General Labourer is responsible for various Manufacturing duties such as painting, cleaning material handling of abrasive material.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Palletization

- Product packaging line support

- Identify & report damage or inconsistencies

- Trained on Operating Powder and wet application equipment

- Cleaning as required

- Yard coordination (Flagman/gate coordinator)

- Ability to multitask & work with minimal supervision in a high-growth, quick-paced environment

- Self-motivated and result oriented who is organized, positive & energetic

- Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills

- Friendly / personable / team player

- Safety & detailed focus

- Have a strong work ethic.

- Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs. carry, bend, reach.

- Willing to work in all conditions outside; hours of operation will vary based on job specifics.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
