Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools, materials, and supplies as needed
- Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

- Prior experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in rapid-paced environments
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial sites
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job site requirements
