The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a General Labourer to join our Team at AGI Westeel Saskatoon. This position is responsible for creating a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications. The main areas of focus include meeting production requirements, station set up, health & safety and quality control.
The Team
We are currently a energetic team of 10 from varied backgrounds.
We work closely with the entire AGI Sift Current Team. The General Labourer will report directly to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities The General Labourer is to ensure that fabrication processes and procedures are being followed and that quality standards and timelines are being met.

What we are looking for
- Knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Able to read and understand blueprints/assembly manuals.
- Production, quality, and safety orientated.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to learn and take instruction.
- Physically able to lift to 50lbs.
- Must have a form of transportation to and from the site.
