First Class Cleaning & Sealing Services is looking for hardworking, reliable General Labourers to join our team for the busy paving, asphalt cleaning, and sealing season.

This is an active, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

As a General Labourer, your duties may include:

- Cleaning and preparing asphalt driveways and parking areas before sealing
- Taping and masking off surrounding edges, concrete, garages, curbs, walkways, and other areas
- Assisting with asphalt sealing and maintenance projects
- Using brooms, blowers, pressure washers, and other basic equipment
- Removing dirt, grass, debris, weeds, and loose material from work areas
- Protecting surrounding surfaces from asphalt sealer and ensuring clean, sharp edges
- General job-site cleanup before, during, and after each project
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Helping prepare equipment and supplies at the beginning and end of each workday
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following instructions from crew leaders and working efficiently as part of a team




- Providing professional and respectful service around customers' homes and properties
- Performing other general labour duties as required

- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and doing physical work throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, qualified workmanship
- Able to follow directions and work independently when required
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working around homes, driveways, and customer properties
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous landscaping, paving, construction, pressure washing, asphalt, or general labour experience is an asset

A valid driver's licence is an asset.
