About the Opportunity

Ground Force is currently looking for a full-time General Labourer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on outdoor position supporting a variety of landscaping, construction, and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and comfortable completing physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.

Previous landscaping or construction experience is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist landscape or hardscape crews with daily project tasks
- Load, unload, move,



and organize tools and materials
- Complete site preparation, demolition and cleanup
- Shovel, rake, grade, and move soil, gravel, mulch, and other materials
- Assist with installing topsoil, sod, plants, trees, and landscape materials
- Support hardscape, concrete, and general construction work as required
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leads, supervisors, and project managers
- Follow all company policies, safe-work procedures, and site-specific safety requirements
- Complete other general labour duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous landscaping, construction, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work each scheduled shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and communicate respectfully with supervisors and coworkers
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and completing repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willing to complete a variety of tasks that may change from day to day
- Reliable transportation is considered an assets
- Must have appropriate steel-toed work boots
