We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge for Landscaping and a passion for outdoor work. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and general labor. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Use of equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, aerators and power rakes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality expectations.
- Follow safety protocols while working on job sites to prevent accidents.
- Snow removal.
- Lawn maintenance ( plant flowers, trees, grass cutting, applying fertilizers).

Requirements





- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling and climbing.
- Works well independently and with a team.
- A positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Skidsteer experience (preferred)

- Secondary School (preferred)
