Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times
- Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a team environment




- Good communication skills to understand directions and collaborate effectively
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Prior experience in construction or general labour is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently under supervision
- Forklift experience preferred but not necessary
- Be able to work in the elements (jobsite is located outside with minimal indoor space)
