About Us

Sefina Industries is a leading architectural millwork company known for high-quality custom woodwork and cabinetry. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and motivated General Labourer to join our shop team and support our daily manufacturing, assembly, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Handling: Safely move, stack, and organize raw lumber, sheet goods, and finished millwork products throughout the shop.

- Loading & Unloading: Assist in manually loading and unloading trucks for incoming material shipments and outgoing deliveries, ensuring care is taken to avoid damage.

- Trade Assistance: Assist cabinet makers, and other tradespeople with handling assemblies, hold-downs, and shop machinery setup.

- Hand Tool Operation: Safely use basic hand tools (tape measures, drills, clamps, sanders, utility knives) as needed to support production.

- Workstation Preparation & Cleaning: Prepare, clean, and organize work stations, tools, and assembly tables for cabinet makers.

- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized,



and hazard-free shop floor by sweeping debris, managing waste, and following all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience working in a millwork, woodworking, carpentry, or construction environment is an asset.

- Ability to handle physical work, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, standing, and manual labour throughout the shift.

- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

- Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.

- Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, and works well in a team environment.
