PR General Contractors Inc. is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our construction team. Previous construction experience is an asset. Candidates who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and work safely are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with day-to-day construction activities.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Assist with drywall, framing, demolition, cleanup, and other general construction work as required.
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after work.
- Remove construction debris and dispose of materials appropriately.
- Operate basic hand and power tools after receiving proper instruction.
- Help measure, carry, hold, and position materials.
- Set up and take down work areas and equipment as directed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, forepersons, and skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all company and job-site health and safety procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other general construction duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset.




- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying construction materials and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather and job-site conditions.
- Solid awareness of workplace safety.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Immigration / PR Support For eligible candidates in certain cases, PR General Contractors Inc. may consider providing employment-related support toward applicable immigration or Permanent Residency (PR) pathways. Support is considered case by case and depends on eligibility, employee performance, company requirements, and applicable immigration programs. Employment does not guarantee PR or immigration approval.

Pay: $16.75-$22.00 per hour
