About the Role

We are a small, close-knit shop looking for a reliable general laborer to join our team. This position involves hands-on assembly-style work and in-house training on a specialized machine used in our production process.

No prior experience with this specific machine is required—we will train the right person.

- You will likely be performing the same task for most or all of your shift
- The work is consistent, routine, and production-focused
- This role is not suited for someone who needs constant variety or mental stimulation

Responsibilities

- Learn and operate a job-specific machine (training provided)
- Perform repetitive assembly-style tasks with attention to detail
- Use basic hand tools as required




- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with a small team

Requirements

- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Previous experience in a labor, assembly, or shop environment is an asset
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a small team / family-style environment
