General Manager – Ông Bà Vietnamese Eatery (Coquitlam)

Ông Bà Vietnamese Eatery is expanding, and we are preparing to open our new flagship location in Coquitlam. We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team through opening and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and full training of front-of-house staff
- Build and maintain strong service standards aligned with the Ông Bà brand
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Support the full restaurant launch, including team setup and training execution
- Manage POS and reservation systems (Toast, OpenTable)
- Develop team culture focused on accountability, consistency, and hospitality
- Work closely with ownership on operations, staffing, and performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in high-volume restaurants




- Experience working in structured restaurant groups is an asset
- Solid leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to train, lead, and motivate a large team
