We are seeking an experienced General Practice Attorney who wants more than a job someone looking to build something. Duties

- Provide comprehensive legal counsel across contracts, corporate governance, real estate, employment law, and dispute resolution
- Conduct thorough legal research (LexisNexis or similar) to support case preparation and legal opinions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents agreements, policies, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Represent the organization in negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while keeping meticulous, organized records
- Identify and implement processes that bring structure, consistency, and efficiency to day-to-day legal operations
- Collaborate with leadership to shape legal strategy that supports company growth




- Take initiative in mentoring and, over time, leading other legal staff as the team grows
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations, proactively flagging risks and recommending policy updates

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a practicing attorney with a strong general practice background (contracts, corporate law, litigation, or similar)
- Confidence to step into unfamiliar territory including litigation or trial work even without deep prior experience in that specific area; we value drive and adaptability as much as a perfect resume match
- A builder's mindset someone who wants to grow with the organization, not just fill a seat
- Natural leadership instincts, with the ambition and ability to eventually lead a team
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of bringing order to complex, fast-moving environments
- Skilled negotiator who can effectively advocate for organizational interests
- Proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexis or similar)
- Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills across clients, leadership, and internal teams
- Comfortable managing a full, complex caseload independently and meeting deadlines
