- Deliver surgical care to a diverse patient population
- Share call duties of 1 in 6 with colleagues
- Engage in teaching and mentorship within the community
- Utilize advanced surgical equipment in procedures
- Collaborate with multiple surgical specialties Requirements:
- Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- Ontario independent practice license for general surgery
- Experience in Community General Surgery preferred
- Skills in Endoscopy and Oncoplastic Breast Surgery are advantageous
