Summary

Join the current store opening as a Client Advisor to drive sales, build and maintain client relationships, and represent the brand with a focus on luxury product knowledge and exceptional service. This role supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintaining store image while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database and expand a client book
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations,



and client issues
- Assist with general housekeeping and upkeep of store image
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to build and maintain client books preferred
- Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn software programs
- Service oriented with strong customer focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
