- Active VSA license (Required)
- Proven track record of hitting targets
Qualifications
- Solid customer service, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with a diverse range of guests.
- Sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including experience guiding clients through high‑value purchase decisions.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options in an accessible manner.
- Basic technology and computer literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, email, and dealership software.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time, including evenings and weekends as required in a retail automotive environment.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and confidence conducting test drives with guests.
- Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience is an MUST; familiarity with luxury brands.
